Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer since 2004
Assistant Secretary from 2002 to 2004. Before joining the Company, he was a special counsel with the law firm of Phillips, Lytle, Hitchcock, Blaine & Huber LLP and prior thereto was Senior Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of another closed-end fund.
