Rodney Yee
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining the company in August 2010, Mr. Yee was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for CCM Partners in San Francisco. Mr. Yee brings 26 years of investment industry experience with him to ASA. His prior positions included CFO/Treasurer at Matthews International Capital Management and Sand Hill Advisors. He was a past member of the NICSA West Coast Regional Committee and is a current Independent Trustee of Firsthand Funds.

Steven Schantz
General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary
Prior to joining the company in August 2010, Mr. Schantz was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. in San Francisco. Mr. Schantz has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. His prior positions have included Senior Counsel at Barclays Global Investors, N.A. (now Blackrock) and Branch Chief in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
